- Overview: We strive for high-quality powder coating. This policy explains when refunds or rework are offered for services and products.

 

- Inspection & Notification: Please inspect your items at pickup or upon delivery. Report any problems within 7 days so we can evaluate and act quickly.

 

- Rework First: If an issue is our fault (workmanship or material defect), we will typically repair or recoat at no extra charge. Rework is our preferred remedy.

 

- When Refunds Apply: Refunds are considered only if rework is not possible, does not fix the problem, or is declined by the customer. Custom colors and specialty finishes are generally non-refundable once work begins unless a proven defect exists.

 

- What Is Not Refundable:

  - Normal color/texture variations between batches

  - Damage after pickup or during customer-arranged shipping

  - Problems caused by customer modifications, misuse, or improper handling

  - Issues from undisclosed prior repairs or contaminants

 

- Returned Parts: Returns must be pre-approved and may be inspected. Restocking, cleaning, or handling fees may apply.

 

- Fees & Processing: Approved refunds are usually limited to the affected service cost; pickup/delivery and third-party fees may be deducted. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within about 14 business days.

 

- Shipping Damage: Report carrier or transit damage within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll help with claims when we shipped the item.

 

- Warranty Note: This is a refund policy and is separate from any warranty provided. See your service paperwork for warranty details.
